REFUND POLICY

Online returns

Please note each item you purchase is made to order. As such, we cannot accept returns of made-to-order or custom made products. This policy exists because various countries prohibit the re-sale of clothing, cosmetics, shoes, accessories, food or other items we may sell on our website. For that reason, we cannot accept returns unless they are defective or damaged in shipping.

If you do need to make a return, you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of receipt. At our discretion we may exchange or repair a defective or damaged item instead of providing a refund.

 

Returns cost you ten (10) percent of the purchase price or USD ten (10) dollars whichever is more. The return fee will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be waived once the item has been checked by our staff. For all faulty items, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@erikkaekstrom.com for a defective product authorization code before sending your return back to us. Any defective returns that are returned without an authorization code will NOT be refunded.

 

When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with a copy of your shipping invoice, your order number and the name and address you used when placing the order.  if you are located in the United States you may return the product using the US Postal Service. If you are located in any other country you may use DHL, FedEx or UPS courier services. 

 

All returned items must be returned to us unopened, unused, unworn or unread and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion clothes, cosmetics, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie & sexual wellness. Personalized custom made and made to order items are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Please be sure you retain your proof of postage/shipping until you have received your refund/exchange. Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you know that we’ve got your return, confirming the approval or rejection of your refund - please note returns can take up to 14-21 working days to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

If you are returning item(s) to us from a place that isn’t in the US, please note that returns are only free for our US customers. For Europe & International returns we require that customers pay for return shipping. Please contact our customer service team before sending back your item(s) at customercare@erikkaekstrom.com . Parcels can take up to 21 working days to reach us and then the refund will appear in your account within 5-10 working days once processed.
