All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Unfortunately, during sale period we will be unable to accept discount codes on the website and in store.

DELIVERY AND RIGHTS

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
All items sold by Erikka Ekstrom LLC through the website are made to order. For that reason, we cannot accept returns unless the are defective or damaged in shipping. Items that have been worn, used or read cannot be resold in various countries therefore, we cannot accept returns. For defective or damaged items please see our return policy.

Please don't share your member access codes with anyone. It does take the fun and exclusivity away from our forum and can expose members to unwanted comments. If we are aware of any fraud or harassment we will cancel or suspend the member’s access code and the member will forfeit the balance of their membership fee.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Erikka Ekstrom’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotional messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of Erikka Ekstrom via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
