Once we receive your paid order, our team acts quickly to produce your made-to-order item.

 

It is essential that you double check your shipping address to be sure it is current as we cannot be responsible for products delivered to an address where you do not live or cannot receive delivery.

 

At the time of your order, you will tell us by what carrier you want your item shipped, whether by DHL, FedEx or UPS if located outside of the US or by US Postal Service or carrier in the US. We will send you a tracking notice with a tracking number for that carrier.

 

The courier or post office will confirm whether your purchase was delivered, on what date and at what time. You can access the shipper's website, use your tracking number and find out when it was delivered or its transit status.
