I’VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?
A. Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to process your order, therefore once your order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel your order, so please make sure your order is correct before the final checkout stage.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED HOW DO RETURN IT?
A. Please be assured that at Erikka Ekstrom LLC we strive to provide the highest quality products and safest shipping methods. So we can help, please send an email to customercare@erikkaekstrom.com including your order number and photos of the front, back, top and bottom of the defective or damaged item and original shipping packaging and one of our Customer Care representatives will be happy to help. We reserve the right to repair, exchange or replace any product, rather than accept it as a return and issue a monetary refund.

CAN I PERSONALIZE ANY ERIKKA EKSTROM PRODUCT?
A. Unfortunately, we only offer the products you currently see on our website. Personalized inscriptions on books, personalized luxury handbags and certain clothing items are available. Please contact our customer care representatives at customercare@erikkaekstrom.com to learn whether we can personalize a particular
product.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
A. Depending on where you live, we will ship by the lowest cost method (usually the postal service) or by International courier services like DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it is your choice as the customer pays for shipping on all products.
Please note, we are currently unable to ship to the Middle East, Africa, except South Africa, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Yemen and certain other locations. Please contact our customer care representative at customercare@erikkaekstrom.com to confirm we can ship to your country and address before you place your order.
Please be sure you give us your current address where you will receive your order when you place your order. We and our shippers cannot be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
You will receive tracking information for your order the day it is shipped so you can track your order's estimated delivery day and time.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
A. Once you have placed your order it can take 3-14 days working days for your order to be processed, made & shipped, plus transit time. In the case of making a Luxury Handbag, it can take 3-6 weeks for our Italian craftsmen to make your bag and three (3) days to two (2) weeks to ship it to you. Please be assured that tracking details will be sent to your email when your order has been shipped.

I CHANGED MY MIND
A. Within minutes of receiving your order, it immediately goes into production. Each order is made to order. It is very difficult to stop that process because it may involve a production facility located in another country to speed delivery to you. Therefore, before placing your order, please be sure you want to make the purchase, as we cannot stop the process once it begins and we cannot make refunds once your order has been confirmed and paid for.
